We are excited to serve with our friends at Liberation Church! 

We are combining efforts to serve families in our area with support for Christmas on SATURDAY December 21st! 

Here's the details:  

Sign up to help with event Saturday!  VOLUNTEERS ON SATURDAY ARRIVE AT 8:30 AM.   

Since we are working with our friends at the church will be opportunities to work alongside families anyone 18+ that are serving at this event will need to submit a background check to the church when you arrive. 

We can assure you that no-one other than the person in charge at the church will see your personal information!! 

We also know that you may not be needed to help with any of the events with the kids directly but since we will be working at the church and with children this is a precaution the church takes and we are happy to oblige!

If you've ever helped at the Elf shop before you may know what to expect...but  here is what to expect to help with at the event:

Saturday December 21st: 

Restock inventory as shoppers choose items

Be Personal Shoppers

Prayer Team

Wrapping Station

Concierge/Ushers/Greeters

Kids Helpers (crafts, popcorn passer outers, just help with kids while parents shop)

Parking and Packing Crew (take gifts etc to cars after shopping is done)

Hot cocoa area

Chat with people

Registration

and just enjoying meeting new people and serving together with our friends at Liberation! 

What you should wear??? 

Get your XMAS gear on!!!  We'll send more information about where to park, where to go and what is next closer to the event!!!
